1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreeUPIQR.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our web tools.
2. Description of Service
FreeUPIQR.com provides free web-based utilities to generate, preview, and export Unified Payments Interface (UPI) QR codes, printable shop standees, payment intent links, and VPA syntax validation tools. All services are provided "as is" for informational and operational merchant convenience.
3. Accuracy of Merchant Input
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Virtual Payment Address (VPA/UPI ID), Payee Name, and Amount entered into the generator. FreeUPIQR.com cannot reverse, recover, or alter bank transactions executed using incorrectly entered VPAs. Always test your generated QR code with a small ₹1 transaction before displaying it publicly.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All brand logos (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, UPI) displayed on FreeUPIQR.com belong to their respective trademark owners (Google LLC, PhonePe Private Limited, One97 Communications Limited, and National Payments Corporation of India). Their inclusion is strictly for user identification of supported payment apps.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreeUPIQR.com or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site's tools, network delays, or bank payment processing errors.
